Arizona Republican Kari Lake filed the paperwork with the Federal Election Commission Tuesday that is necessary to run in next year's Arizona Senate race.
The filing ends months of speculation about whether the former gubernatorial candidate would get into the race.
Lake and her allies have kept her name in the news with numerous lawsuits claiming she won the race for governor last year.
She also has spent the last few months stumping for former President Donald Trump across the country.
Lake has scheduled a rally for next Tuesday to make a "HUGE" announcement.
